The Sole
Spent his whole life stuck under classroom desks, stepped on by everyone, quietly hearing every lesson ever taught. He has never actually seen the whiteboard. He knows everything said in a classroom and almost nothing about the outside world, and he would love, just once, to be listened to. Has gum on his heel. Prefers not to discuss it.
The Apple
The apple for the teacher, desperate to be the good one. She always answers first, usually with the answer everyone else was thinking too. When she's right, nobody hears the end of it. Food is her subject, and on food she is terrifying.
The Wiper
Referee, scorekeeper and the fairest object in the building. He wipes the board clean after every question, which is why he never remembers who's winning. He keeps one smudge on purpose. He won't say why.
