Packs and licences
A standard pack licence covers private use: your home, friends and family, or a single classroom. Venues, pubs, clubs and businesses running paid or public events need a venue licence.
Memberships
Quiz Club and Supporter memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is faulty. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Fair play
Leaderboards are for fun. We may remove scores or accounts that are clearly cheating or abusive.
